I will in the future no better than any purchases from the subpar retailer scraping the bottom of the barrel for a discount retailer well gilt is a low as you can get. Reminder with that you can expect no service no quality and little to no satisfaction but they will offer a bucket full of bs and headaches and plenty of work for you trying to do the contortions needed to get them to give you refund. Remember you get what you pay for. Gilt has a lot of reasons why there might be an issue but none for resolving it and as Jen the customer supervisor told me in no uncertain terms "you're on your own". And with a patronizing, condescending tone, ask if there was anything else she could assist me with. Lesson learned I know next time next use Gilt.con

I’ve not been able to get into contact with merchants or Gilt. No Full Refund yet, as promised over the phone, when I first contacted the merchant.

I’ve never had an issue with Gilt.com, but this takes the cake.

I’ve emailed and called and still no response or refund. I’m extremely frustrated at this point and will never use this site again.

My story has gone nowhere since the beginning and the day I returned the Tom Ford sunglasses. So Frustrating to pay for an item, get the wrong item, return item for Full Refund, and No Refund has been sent. Nor, have I heard anything from the merchant such as email, phone call, text, or a letter!

Same as above. I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. I received the Wrong ones from Gilt, which is very unusual for them. I ordered a pair of the Miranda style, in black and these were in black, but nothing but a sharp cat eye style. So very disappointed and I tried to find the same style, but not available any longer, it seems. So, unfortunately I will be sending this pair back Sad

No one answers the phone in enough time and no one is trained. And a request for a brief hold turns into a marathon. Your quality control is poor at best and non-existent at worst. We will not buy from Gilt again

I dont have the energy to point everything out but the light came on recently after some messed up handling of an item I returned, had the proof thru fedex but Gilt saying I did not return a $130.00 jacket, no squandering here, for a hard working single mom, single mom 32 yrs to my special needs son... another time I received an item I wanted to keep that had some defects, I wanted the item and asked if I could be refunded some of the cost and keep the defective item and was told no, so I returned the item...this early mothers day I was looking at the site, wondering how to calculate and know the total $$$$ s Ive spent and tonight after being so aggravated in having to put my email & password in to this Gilt.com which I visit 3-4 times a week and I said, jane, no more Gilt orders...
